How to Get Incredible Fat Loss Results This Summer…
I’m sure many of you reading this will have set some goals at the start of the year to finally commit to change and embark on taking your own fitness and transformation journey to the next level. The New Year is always a fantastic time to set some new goals, turn a new leaf and really take back control but this point in year, it’s a good time to reflect on progress to date. What have the successes been? Were the goals realistic and achievable?
Having been in this game for the past 6-7 years, I’d say it’s pretty common that people become frustrated at this point with their lack of progress, especially considering the amount of work, time and effort they have invested. Similarly, it’s just as common to come across people that are still lost, confused and overwhelmed by the amount of conflicting and contradicting information out there making just about everyone’s life more difficulty that I needs to be!
With all that in mind, I thought I’d put together an article that’ll give you the tools and key considerations you need to make when looking at getting the most incredible results this year, especially with Summer just around corner.
So what exactly is my role here?
It’s simple. My goal, vision and mission is be able to help as many people as possible who are ready and committed to making a change, transform their body and achieve results they never thought would ever be possible. And what’s more I want this to be achieved WHILST learning, understanding and gaining full clarity and confidence, so they never need to worry about the next best thing or next best approach they need to take.
The other very IMPORTANT thing to highlight here is that I don’t see my role as one that is simply focused on getting people insanely shredded for stage or a photoshoot. Whether it’s helping someone drop 10lbs, so they feel a little more confident or comfortable on the beach or taking somebody from average Joe to stage shredded, the principles are the same. The difference is in the detail and moving somebody in their own journey from a place of maintainable to unsustainable from a condition perspective.
Same goes for the rest of the TJP coaching team!
What steps can you take?
I’ve outlined a checklist for you to work through and by the end of this I want you to be in a position whereby you have more confidence and a better understanding of the ACTION steps you now need to take moving forward.
The one thing I will say and point out here is whilst knowledge and understanding is incredibly important, creating and having ACCOUNTABILITY will be the anchor that drives your commitment, adherence and results.
Information means nothing without implementation.
So, before we get started on the HOW we first need to understand the WHY.
These are some of the typical questions I’ll work through when working with any new client and it would be a really good exercise for you to complete just now…
- What are your goals and what are you doing currently?
- Why don’t you think you are where you want to be? Why haven’t you achieved this goal to date?
- What would achieving this goal mean to you?
- How much are you willing to commit to get these results?
By completing these questions, we are effectively opening ourselves up and allowing for a greater understanding of both the past and present.

Instead of me outlining and putting together everything in the written word, I’ve decided to put together a webinar that’ll allow me to walk and talk you through the approach and the principles we adopt when working with clients. Of course there is huge individuality with all programming based upon ones history, current position and lifestyle commitments, but fundamentally we look at adopting the same principles.
