After your call, you will be asked to provide some information which will help your coach design your bespoke training programme and nutrition plan*.
Your coach will advise you as to when to expect your plans to be ready. In the mean time you will be given the client handbook, access to the TJP Client Hub and private Facebook Support group.
If choosing the group-option, the starting date will be the beginning of each month.
